Number of Users
This varies depending on the plan you choose. The number of users double-up as email mailboxes (read under POP Email). What this means is that the amount of users you have is the amount of people that will be able to work simultaneusly in your online business backend.
POP Email
Business Feather offers you hosting for number of users in your plan (you can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox). Email mailbox has each a 100Mb disk space and a 100Mb attachment limit applies to each message.
Email Notifications
You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer enquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customize these to suit your needs via Workflow options.
SMS Notifications
Every plan includes a number of SMS notifications. You can increase this number by purchasing SMS packs.
Disk Space
Every plan has generous disk space limit, to host your images, flash files and javascript.
Bandwidth
All plans come with a massive 100GB of bandwidth traffic. Which is very unlikely that you exceed this limit.
Your own URL
Off course you will be using your own domain name (URL) you do not need to use yourname.businessfeather.net, this address is assigned to you when you first sign up into the system. You have two options - you can either let us host your DNS (you need to redelegate your domain to us), or you can create an A-Record in your current DNS hosting service. We have built an infrastructure around support. We want to give you the type of support you need. We can do so by answering your questions via email, online training webinars, and our online business wiki, which has numeous of tutorials and video tutorials to help you out in any way we can.
Need More Disk Space, Bandwidth or Emails?
We have built great generous plans, it is unlikely you go over them. If you do, extra disk space, bandwidth, emails and SMS can be purchased at the cost below.
